Marie Adair is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Ironman Certified Triathlon Coach, and studying Positive Psychology Practitioner. Her primary focuses are on creating long term sustainable change in regards to mental and physical health, and creating realistic goals as well as accountability to make the most out of this life. By helping her clients to understand their own self worth, wants, and needs, she's passionate about finding what is already great about her clients, and create a sense of connection and celebration through the similarities of living the full human experience.
